About Us

Hartman’s Building Solutions Cleaning Service was started by Herman L. Hartman, Jr., who started cleaning commercial buildings August 15, 2009. We entered the business part time with two cleaning customers and have grown into a full-service cleaning business with 25 employees. We now clean over 35 throughout the Southwest Louisiana area.

Our employees are well trained and kept up to date on new cleaning equipment and supplies through regularly scheduled training meetings. All new employees go through a screening and background check before their first day on the job. They also receive cleaning procedures and safety training before working in your building.

Hartman’s Building Solutions provides commercial cleaning services throughout the Morgan City and Houma, LA area. Our regular services are provided Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to midnight. Special services, such as carpet cleaning or floor stripping and waxing, are usually scheduled for Saturdays.
